Life [in] Community is our new group at The Lakes Community Church! Our focus is the college-aged and young adults…those who are often (though not intentionally) overlooked in the life of the church. We want you!
Our Mission is simple: We are a lifetime of shared moments. We are creatures that define ourselves in relationship. Who we share space with and how is of so much importance, that Jesus makes these two things the marker of His followers- He put it all on this, “A new command I give you – that you love one another, as I loved you, so that you must love one another. That is how all men will know that you are my disciples.” There is truly a power to this statement- that all those with whom our lives, our communities, intersect will not only meet God in those moments, but experience Him.”
